Capistrano Surfside Inn Dana Point, Dana Point

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The views from my room were stunning, especially from the third floor, where I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was sanitized and clean, making me feel safe and comfortable during the pandemic. However, a little more silverware would have been helpful, as we did most of our dining in our unit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, though I wished I could have more time to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.

I had an interesting week despite the rainstorm, which was quite rare for this area. The view from our room during the storm was mesmerizing, and we loved enjoying the boat parade in Dana Point Harbor. The resort provides solid amenities like a pool and a hot tub, plus the staff was generally accommodating. However, parking could be a bit of a hassle with the one-car rule and fees for additional overnight guests. Overall, it's a great spot for privacy and relaxation.
